Egg Dyeing.

1.  Dissolve the dye tablets with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 cup of water.  Place your still hot boiled eggs in the dye for 5 minutes.

2. Dry your eggs on paper towel and gently polish them with a little oil (we used Canola).

3. The difference between dyeing a white egg (right) and a brown egg – red.  It is very hard to find a white egg in the supermarket these days.  Is there a reason? I still like the subtle difference.

5. The results were eaten at Sunday lunch with the family.
